Mushroom baguettes for the party
baguette or paris roll
spoon of butter
400 g mushrooms
half an onion
1 clove of garlic
Herbes de Provence
Grate the mushrooms on large grates. Chop the onion. Melt a tablespoon of butter on pans. Stew onions and add mushrooms. When softened, season with salt and pepper. Garlic clove, chop or squeeze. Make a taste.
Cut the baguette or Parisian roll diagonally into thick slices. Gently sprinkle each slice with Herbes de Provence (you can also lightly butter each slice, but this is not necessarily because the mushrooms will be quite moist and the roll will draw in the sauce).
Cut the mozzarella slices.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a portion of mushrooms on each slice and put a slice of cheese on top.
Bake about 5 minutes to melt the cheese (you can take longer if someone likes very crunchy rolls).
A baguette with mushrooms is one of the simplest and tastiest suggestions for party snacks.
