Party cookies

50 dag of wheat flour
1/2 pack of dried yeast
1 cup warm water
5 tablespoons of oil
10 dag of grated cheese
pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
1.5 chicken breast fillet
1 cup diced squash
1/2 red pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped celery leaves

Sift flour and dry mix with yeast and spices, add oil and grated cheese, knead the dough and set aside to rise.

Chicken meat cut into small cubes, sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper and salt and a pinch of curry, then fry in oil during frying, add squash cut in the same cubes as meat and pepper, fry together and add celery.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the glass, cookie cutter or, possibly, muffin, smear the fat with the dough and put a dough on it, put a little shavings of yellow cheese and a portion of filling, but so that the edges of the dough are visible because you need to gently stretch the dough and stick so that only the top with a hole with visible filling remains.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
