Uniformed potatoes in 15 minutes
- New potatoes - the amount depends on the appetite and the number of people
- Garlic - 1 or 2 cloves, unless someone likes it more
- Spices - salt and pepper
- Herbs - what you like
- Butter or margarine for vegans, although better with butter ;-)
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under water and then dry them with a paper towel. Prick dry potatoes on all sides with a fork. This is a very important stage because without it, potatoes will explode in the oven during preparation. Place the dry and punctured potatoes in a dish that can be used in the microwave and put in the oven which we set at 60% power and about 12 minutes for 3 medium-sized potatoes. After about 6 minutes, turn the potatoes over and continue. While the potatoes are "baked", peel and finely chop the garlic. Ready soft potatoes after removing set aside for about 1 minute and then cut on one side and slightly expand. We put garlic inside the potato, sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs, I used Provence herbs, thyme and oregano. Finally, put a slice of cold butter or margarine on the center. We serve the prepared dish before the butter has melted.
