Rolls with vegetables

Components:
- Carrot - 150 grams
- Cauliflower - 150 grams
- Broccoli - 150 grams
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Tortillas - 1 pack (6 pieces)
- Olive oil - for frying
- Spices - Vegeta Natur
- Béchamel sauce - 1/2 cup
- Yellow cheese - 100 grams
- Mild mayonnaise sauce

Preparation:
Chop the vegetables very finely. Fry the peeled and chopped garlic in olive oil with spices and then add vegetables. Fry until vegetables are soft. Cut the cheese into small cubes about 2-3 millimeters. Put fried vegetables into a bowl. When it cools down a bit, add béchamel sauce and finely chopped cheese. We mix everything thoroughly. Lubricate the resulting mass with tortillas, which are then rolled up like pancakes. Bake wrapped tortillas for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Serve with a mild mayonnaise sauce or mustard honey sauce.
